This session will provide an update on the safety rules and regulations related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including bringing employees back to work and the future impact of the pandemic on employers and the American workforce. Attendees will learn how to respond to whistleblower complaints and defend against OSHA investigations, inspections, and citations. These issues are always a concern for employers and companies seeking to uphold the health & safety of its workplace and employees, but they are of an even greater concern today given the ever-changing nature of the pandemic and industry guidelines. This session will help employers be better prepared to defend against OSHA-related challenges as the country continues to grapple with the aftermath of COVID-19.
