Vehicle fleets pose one of the biggest risks to any organization and often have the least oversight.  This session will discuss how government and organizational regulations form a baseline to reduce fleet exposures as well as how to use these rules to improve safety performance. Steven Bojan, director of risk management and accident prevention at UniGroup, will also discuss the utilization of fleet best practices, such as telematics, training and vehicle technology, to identify at-risk drivers and improve overall fleet safety performance.
