Lisa is responsible for leading Brose North America’s human resources function. She joined Brose’s quality department in 2005 and has been in her current role since October 2019. As VP of HR, Lisa has managed the dual challenge of an unprecedented pandemic and the inception of the largest transformation in the company’s history: Future Brose. Lisa is an active member of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), the Detroit Chamber’s MichAuto Group, and the Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion & Advancement (CADIA).
