Richard Vaughn is an automation engineering manager responsible for product management, technical sales and engineering support for mechatronic solutions. He joined Bosch Rexroth in 1991 working in various areas such as cartesian product management, custom robotic solutions, linear motion product engineering, SCARA/six-axis robot engineering, manufacturing engineering and production supervision. Additionally, Richard’s vast experience with industries such as assembly & handling, semiconductor, medical, packaging, aerospace, and automotive led to a strong passion in automation. Because of his expertise, you will often find Richard presenting at industry conferences and frequently published and quoted in trade magazines worldwide. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UNC-Charlotte, and an Associate degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Forsyth Technical College.
