Jim Pindell is a consummate Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience in the field. Studying at The Ohio State University he began his career in the Non-Profit arena in Columbus and worked his way quickly up the ranks to become a Supervisor in Human Resources. After marrying a country girl from Wooster, Ohio he moved out of the city and found a home in the manufacturing field. He is now the Human Resources Manager for Rayco Manufacturing, a division of Morbark. He is proud of making the plant one of the safest and most desirable places to work in the county. In his spare time he can be found chauffeuring his kids to practice, games or activities, like most parents of children 8-14 years old.
