As Vice President, Environmental, Health & Safety, Scott Gerard provides strategic development and implementation of all environmental, health, safety, and security procedures for projects in the United States, Caribbean and the Bahamas. Scott is responsible for the adherence of all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT guidance to minimize risk for staff and contractors on sites through streamlined, effective, guided communications, and directives. Moss prides itself as a leader in building technology in construction as well as EHS technology. Under Scott’s leadership and implementation, Moss leverages platforms like Intelex, AlertMedia and JobsiteCare. These systems help guide and influence operations in real-time decision making and help us honor relationships by creating a safe working environment for our employees and business partners. The key performance indicators are focused on engagement of all Moss employees throughout the entire Moss organization.
Scott has developed and championed EHS programs in a variety of industries including aviation, maritime, public utilities and construction.
