11:30 - 11:50 am
AR/VR Hub, Exhibit Hall

AMPLEXOR and RE'FLEKT will be sponsoring the AR/VR Hub to showcase innovative, integrated global content and augmented reality (AR) solutions

In today's economy, the globalization of information means your customers, stakeholders and employees are consuming an astounding amount of information in a widening array of advanced, digital formats. This information must be precise, customized, relevant, translated into any language and localized per cultural norms. Furthermore, end users must encounter a seamless digital experience across your company's end-to-end touchpoints.

For manufacturer's, delivering customized, digital content via augmented reality (AR) formats and devices is becoming increasingly important as it shapes the workplace of the future for maintenance, operations and training. On-demand expertise is now required to:

  • Maintain complex products, machines and facilities
  • Troubleshoot complex machinery
  • Solve unplanned downtime
  • Affordably, train hard-to-find, qualified engineers

At IndustryWeek's Manufacturing and Technology Expo, AMPLEXOR and RE'FLEKT will showcase our innovative, one-of-a-kind offering that combines cutting-edge content and language solutions with the latest AR technology.

This unique solution pairs AMPLEXOR's intelligent content authoring, translation, publication and integration capabilities, with REFLEKT ONE technology, which enables manufacturers to transform paper-based manuals into interactive mixed reality guides. End users across maintenance, operations and training functions can use our solution to instantly visualize relevant content on any mobile device or smart glass.

As the event's AR/VR hub sponsor, we will be offering exciting hands-on demos, presentations, giveaways and sweepstakes. Stop by the AR/VR hub and booth number 241 to see how AMPLEXOR and RE'FLEKT can help solve some of your biggest business challenges.

Make the move from paper labels to smart containers

For 40 years, paper has been a trusted flag in manufacturing, providing sequential work instructions for operators. This simple visual cue has been the core of a process which balances production and creates more efficient just-in-time inventory…until now.

From the Internet of Things to Industry 4.0, manufacturing is changing. Paper labels no longer fit process complexities; what's required is greater process visibility & control, a digital transformation…meet Omni-ID's ProVIEW.

ProVIEW combines the power of intelligent visual tags (e-Paper displays with RFID and sensors) and software to enable the material itself to become smart (location and operation aware), communicating directly with both operators and machines throughout the process.

This simple, paperless, wireless and totally trackable system is being rapidly adopted globally throughout the manufacturing industry – improving material flow management.

"ProVIEW's Pick Application reduced our average pick times from 47.5 to 29.2 seconds and our accuracy on quantity and sequence was dramatically better with the visual instructions right at the point of picking. Most impressive for us, is the ease of use of the system. New workers could jump in and be effective immediately because of the easy visual cues and instructions." Plant Manager, Tier 1 Supplier

Join us for a hands-on demonstration and discussion on how "Smart Material Flow Management" with ProVIEW can seamlessly introduce process improvements into your facility.
