With a passion and talent for developing people and teams to reach their top level of performance, Jason Lipscomb has extensive experience in andragogy, learning theory and the use of peer influences in the training environment. Earning a Master of Science in organizational leadership from Purdue University in 2012, Lipscomb focused his academic research on using peer influence and evaluation as a training enabler in the U.S. Army Officer Candidate School environment, where he led instruction.
Lipscomb is a retired U.S. Army infantry officer and combat veteran who understands well the value of growing and investing in people to enhance organizational performance. He currently works for Subaru in supplier development overseeing supplier performance measurements and educational programs. These programs are designed to improve the performance of direct part suppliers to Subaru Automotive of Indiana. Outside of Subaru, Lipscomb is an adjunct faculty member at Purdue University, where he teaches courses surrounding change management, technology and innovation, and organizational science. Jason believes the greatest reward in teaching is that the harder you work, the better you make someone else.
