Lincoln Hughes has spent his entire career in manufacturing, with nearly 25 years serving multiple, progressively senior positions at Tier 1 automotive supplier American Axle & Manufacturing. He has significant international experience and a diverse background in manufacturing engineering, program management, plant operations and analytics/PLM/business processes. He holds a B.S. in manufacturing engineering from Kettering University and a master of business administration from Wayne State University.
