Geoff started at Lincoln Electric as a co-operative education intern while a mechanical engineering student at The University of Dayton.

After graduation in 1993, he joined Lincoln full-time as a Technical Sales Representative in the Moline, Illinois and Detroit, Michigan Offices. He returned to Cleveland to serve as Engineering & Operations Manager of the Lincoln Electric Automation Division and was subsequently promoted to the position of General Manager, Machine Division, where he was responsible for Lincoln’s welding equipment manufacturing operations in Cleveland, Ohio & Torreon, Mexico. In 2017, Geoff was named Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness where he works to develop strategies to help address workforce challenges.

Geoff earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from Saint Ambrose University and completed Lincoln’s International Business Development program at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
