Lance Thrailkill is the 3rd generation owner and CEO of All Metals Fabricating in Allen, TX. Lance graduated from SMU’s Cox school of business with a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting. He has worked at AMF since 2008, starting as the Controller before transitioning to CFO and now CEO. Since 2008 AMF has nearly doubled in revenue while only increasing staff by 20%. Lance and his team at AMF are committed to innovation and automation, which is demonstrated by the nearly $5M invested in new automated equipment over the last 5 years. Lance is passionate about servant leadership and caring for his employees, which he learned from watching his grandfather and father growing up.
