William Hardy is the senior vice president of supply chain at Carhartt, Inc. In this role, he leads the manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain operations, distribution, logistics, strategic sourcing, and procurement departments. He joined Carhartt in 1993 as an intern in engineering, and has worked in multiple channels throughout the company, including fulfillment services, operations, procurement, and demand and production planning. During his 27-year career with Carhartt, he has worked in multiple channels throughout the company including fulfillment services, operations, procurement, and demand and production planning. His experience with Carhartt is generational, his grandparents and great aunt and uncles all worked at Carhartt facilities in Kentucky. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in general business from Eastern Kentucky University.
