Dr. Xiaoxia Zhang got her Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Ohio State University in 2002, majoring in wireless communications and signal processing. She joined Qualcomm after graduation and has worked on 3G, 4G and 5G, including PHY/MAC system design, evaluation, prototyping and standardization. Dr Zhang is currently leading the project focusing on industrial IOT and shared/unlicensed spectrum on 5G technology.
