John Baier is the Senior Manager of IS Operations at The J.M. Smucker Company. Since joining Smucker's in 2009 as IT Manager of Standards and Technology, John has held senior manager roles handling data services and supply chain at Smucker's. Previously, John worked as Director of Enterprise Services at The Timken Company and as a senior principal and senior manager at eLoyalty and Deloitte Consulting, respectively. John earned a bachelor's degree in economics and mathematics from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tenn.
