The M&T Student Experience
The Manufacturing & Technology Show is a three-day event and the industry’s first to truly serve the total manufacturing industry—from effective executive management to efficiency-driven plant leadership, from cutting-edge engineering breakthroughs to world-class safety practices, from process to discrete industries—all in a cohesive conference and expo designed to provide actionable intelligence to fuel process improvement and market dominance. A half-day student experience has been embedded in the show to give students the opportunity to see and hear what careers in manufacturing are all about.
Students - Provide Northeast Ohio high school students with the opportunity to learn more about in-demand careers in manufacturing and to meet the employers that will be creating the manufacturing jobs of today and the future.
Corporations – Opportunity to influence the future workforce and provide guidance to emerging talent on the occupations of the future and the credentials/skills that will be needed for those positions.

Students to explore the exhibit hall meeting manufacturers through a scavenger hunt.
Students and manufacturers have the chance to visit the RoboBot Showcase in partnership with the Alliance for Working Together (AWT) and several High School Robotics Teams to showcase/demonstrate their RoboBots
Students and manufacturers visit the AWT Apprenticeship Program booth to talk to apprentices and companies about their experience.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Lunch with Leaders – tables of 3-5 students with 1-2 industry leaders to share career experience.
Up to 10 students per school at no cost (transportation is not included).
